國外的學校畢業前會舉辦舞會，讓學生打扮得俊俏有型、美麗動人，穿上正式的禮服，跳一支浪漫的雙人之舞。
女生都希望自己能像迪士尼裡的公主一樣，成為全場最耀眼的那顆星，首先，最重要的就是千挑細選出一件搶眼的禮服。美國女孩Adrianna Rust也找到最完美的禮服，只不過，看了看價錢她臉上冒出為難的表情，因為，她買不起那件奢華貴氣的衣裳，只能放棄。
當Adrianna和她的好朋友，同時也是她的舞伴Parker Smith開玩笑說了一句：「唉，不如Parker你幫我做一件禮服好了啦～」，說完後兩人相視而笑，Adrianna完全當作和朋友之間的的閒談而已，沒想到Parker把這句話放在心裡，決定當Adrianna的許願精靈，偷偷給她一個驚喜！
Parker以仙杜瑞拉為藍圖，先設計出一套藍色的禮服樣本，即使完全沒有縫紉製作衣服的經驗，靠著他想幫助好朋友的心，並請出奶奶幫忙（這個很重要XD），經過好幾次的反覆嘗試之後，終於做出合身又完美的禮服！

Adrianna看到禮服後，當然又開心又感動，還穿著禮服興奮地轉圈圈。看到好朋友臉上洋溢著幸福的表情，Parker很開心能當她的白馬王子和神仙教母ＸＤ
