Stevie Wonder 1970年與曾和1979年與Billy Preston唱 紅With You I’m BornAgain的女歌手Syeeta Wright結婚，但1972年分手（Syeeta於2004年已去世）。
Stevie Wonder是歷年暢銷歌星排行榜第6名的流行歌壇巨星，1950年出生於美國密西根州Saginaw，天生即双眼失明，但極具音樂天份的他13歲時即以Little Stevie Wonder之名推出Finger Tips-Pt2獲得三週排行榜冠軍。
Stevie Wonder於1989年即被選進搖滾樂名人堂，1996年獲頒Grammy終身成就獎，2004年則獲選Billboard世紀歌星。
Stevie Wonder作品極多，其中1969年獲得過第4名的My Cherie Amour，是版稅組織BMI統計全美最常播出的百名歌曲榜第59名的歌。
